Daily Guarantee: $1,100/day

This part-time pediatric dentist role offers flexibility, autonomy, and leadership in a purpose-built pediatric facility. The associate will:
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care
Lead scheduling, workflow, and systems for the pediatric office
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Collaborate with Rockside Dental leadership while focusing on clinical excellence

Separate entrance, reception, admin team, breakroom, and doctor s office
Pediatric-specific operatories designed for high-quality care
Built-in referral base from Rockside Dental family practice

The ideal pediatric dentist is:
DDS/DMD with a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry
Board eligible or board certified
Eligible for Arizona dental licensure
Clinically confident, ethical, and patient-focused
Team-oriented and aligned with a collaborative, supportive culture
Interested in establishing a long-term presence in Tucson
