Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 11/02/2026
This privacy policy describes how Dentagraphics, LLC collects and uses the information you provide on our Web site: www.dentagraphics.com. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your information and how you can access and update this information.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
When you request Sample Reports, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city and state, your specialty, how you found us and where you are in the process of starting or acquiring a practice. When you order a report and pay for it, we collect the same information as a sample report, plus the location(s) of your potential practice and payment information. As is true of most Web sites, we also automatically gather information about your computer such as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system. We use this information to:
- Send you requested product or service information
- Send product updates or warranty information
- Respond to customer service requests
- Administer your account
- Send you a newsletter
- Send you marketing communications
- Respond to your questions and concerns
- Improve our Web site and marketing efforts
- Conduct research and analysis
Choice/Opt-Out
You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails. You can also contact us at [email protected] and ask that we unsubscribe you.
Text Messages
If you check the box at checkout that says “Text me,” Dentagraphics will send text messages to the phone number shown next to the box. We text only about your account: updates about your reports and reminders about your onboarding call. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Checking the box is optional and is never required to make a purchase.
- Message frequency varies with your orders and appointments.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (888) 715-1044.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We keep a record of your consent, including the phone number, the wording you agreed to and the date. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information Sharing
We will not share your payment information unless necessary for making the payment or as required by law. We do not keep or store customer payment card information.
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share your contact information, including your phone number, with a partner only when you ask to be connected with them, for example by checking the box on our sample report form to hear from Bank of America about practice financing. Our partners provide services necessary for starting or acquiring a dental practice, like financing, office space location, practice management, construction and equipment purchasing. If the box is unchecked, we do not share your information with that partner. You can also ask us to stop sharing your contact information at any time by contacting [email protected]. This sharing never includes text-messaging opt-in data or consent, which we do not share with any third party.
We may also disclose your personal information:
- as required by law such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep track of your preferences and profile information, to understand how visitors use our Web site, and to measure and improve our advertising. Some are placed by the companies described below. These companies may collect information about your online activities over time and across different Web sites.
Analytics and Advertising Tools
- Google Analytics tells us how visitors use our Web site, for example how many users access a specific page and which links they clicked on. We use it to understand and improve how our site is used.
- Google Ads tells us whether our ads lead people to request sample reports. When you submit our sample report form, we send Google a coded (hashed) version of the email address and phone number you entered, so Google can match your request to a click on one of our ads.
- Meta Pixel tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages of our Web site you visit, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who have visited our site. Meta may also receive a coded (hashed) version of contact details you type into our forms, such as your email address and phone number, to match your visit to your Facebook or Instagram account.
Google and Meta use this information under their own privacy policies. To limit it, you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, manage Google ads at myadcenter.google.com, manage Meta ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work if you do. Our Web site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

Our Site includes links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Dentagraphics, LLC. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any Web site you visit.

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you have any questions about security on our Web site, you can contact us at [email protected]
