Location: Manteca, CA (Central Valley)
Assignment Dates: March 30th through April 3rd
Schedule/Shifts: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Patient Volume: 16-18
Patient Type: Adults
Procedures: Crowns, Fillings, Simple Extractions, Hygiene Checks
Support Staff: 2 Hygienists, 2 RDAEF2s
Type of Charting: Mac Practice
Insurance: Delta Premier
Requirements: CA dental license, BLS, (DEA preferred but not required)
Reason for Need: PTO Coverage
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
