Oral Surgeon / Mentorship / Partnership

My client has 5 very successful private oral surgery practices that are very established with no need to network for patients. The client offers free rein and autonomy. There is mentorship if needed. The practice prides itself on its standing in the area and its many years of experience. There is also an opportunity for partnership with this growing private practice.

Practice Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 8:00am 5:00pm & Friday 6:45pm -3:45pm

Practice Details:

• 25-35 patients/day in each office.
• PPO Dental and Medical, Medicare. No HMO, No Medicaid, and No MediCal.
• Fully staffed.
• Usually 2 days in 1 office, and 3 days in another office.

Financials:

• $400,000/year for 1st year.
• After 1st year a Production percentage will be added and is negotiable.
• Sign-on/relocation bonus.
• All expenses for models, guides, etc are covered.
• Medical Malpractice Coverage paid for by the company.
• Reimbursement of Medical Staff fees paid for the first year.
