A well-known and respected oral surgery group is seeking a passionate and skilled oral surgeon whether newly trained or experienced to join their thriving practices in Sacramento, Yuba City, and Folsom, California. This position offers full-time and part-time flexibility with the added benefit of clinical autonomy, all within a supportive network of independently operated offices.

Candidates have the option to work full-time in one location or split their time part-time between two locations, depending on their preferences and schedule. Specifics can be tailored to suit individual needs.

• Diverse Clinical Opportunities: Perform extractions, implants, grafts, sinus lifts, pathology cases, and more.
• Competitive Compensation: A guaranteed $30,000/month or a percentage of adjusted net collections whichever is higher for full-time surgeons.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Includes medical insurance, retirement plans, networking events, and pathways to partnership.
• PPO & Fee-for-Service Patient Base Only: No HMO or Medicaid patients.
• Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedules, typically Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Friday, 7 a.m. - 12 p.m.
• Shared Call Duties: Rotating weekend responsibilities approximately once a month, evenly distributed among all surgeons.
