Locums Tenens General Dentist Needed in Greeley, CO
Assignment Dates: August 5th start - 3 months with option to extend
Schedule/Shifts: Monday through Thursday - 8a-4p
Patient Volume: 8 patients + 20-30 hygiene checks
Patient Type: Adolescent and Peds
Procedures: Bread and Butter Pediatric Dentistry
Support Staff: 3 Hygienists, 1 DAs
Type of Charting: Dentrix Ascend
Requirements: CO dental license, BLS, PALS preferred
Reason for Need: Maternity Leave
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 days
Pay Rate: $1,000 to $1,150 daily
Travel and Lodging Provided? Will pay for travel - prefer Mileage Only
