Function: General Dentist

Location: Hamden, Connecticut 06514

Start Date: ASAP

Assignment Type: Locum Tenens (Replacement coverage)

Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• (Tuesday Thursday include a 1-hour lunch break)

Practice Setting:

• 100% Outpatient
• High-volume practice: 30+ patients per day (including hygiene checks)
• Charting system: Dentrix

Clinical Scope:

• Basic restorative dentistry
• Fillings, crowns, bridges
• Partials and removable prosthodontics
• Root canals and extractions preferred (can refer out if needed)

Support Staff:

• Office Manager
• 1 Dental Assistant
• 2 Hygienists

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut dental license
• BLS certification

Credentialing:

• Estimated timeframe: 1 2 weeks

Compensation & Coverage:

• Pay rate: Negotiable
• Travel & lodging: Not provided
• Arthur Marshall pays weekly
• Dental malpractice insurance covered
