Associate Pediatric Dentist Needed in Tampa!

We are a modern and progressive multi-specialty private practice.  Both owner dentists work onsite to guide and mentor associate doctors as needed as well as continuing to see their own patients.  

  • Compensation
    • Salary range: $200k - $300K
    • Adjusted Production of 32 - 35% based on experience
    • Annual CE Reimbursement of $1500
    • Medical Insurance Premium covered at 50%

    • Tampa, FL
    • High Traffic area with multiple new condominiums and townhomes within 1 mile of the office.  
    • Publix Shopping Center as well as a brand new K-8 magnet school also within 1 mile of the office.  
    • In the Heart of Tampa, home to several professional Sports Teams, namely the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Rays, and Tampa Bay Lightning.  
    • 20 mins from the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico with multiple museums, restaurants, and cultural venues available year round, as well as abundant sunshine.

    • We have a growing practice and need another doctor to help see the 40-50 new patients we average per month.
    • Direct and onsite mentorship from owner dentists who have a combined 40 years of private practice experience.  
    • Opportunity for Comprehensive Treatment Planning with an Orthodontist, and General Dentists in the same office often working on the same days.
    • We are open to new grads, but would prefer someone who has had 2-3 years of experience.  We are looking for someone who understands the importance of developing trusting relationships with patients and their families so that they can optimize the care they provide.  
    • We prioritize QUALITY OF CARE OVER QUANTITY OF PATIENTS and believe that a comfortable income can be achieved if you know how to efficiently treatment plan and connect with your patients.  
    • There is no need to be on Roller Skates" while seeing patients.
  • Schedule
    • Mon-Thurs 7:45 am - 5 pm.  (Patient care starting at 8 am) Some Fridays also available.
    • FT, but PT also available for the right candidate.
