Children s Dentistry of Lakewood Ranch is a highly respected, fast-growing, pediatric dental private practice serving the Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota and Parrish communities one of the fastest-growing areas outside Tampa on Florida's Gulf Coast. With two busy full-time offices and a third office under construction, we ve built a thriving patient base over the last 12 years and are now seeking an additional full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team.
Dr. Morgan is in clinic full time, available for mentorship, and the incoming associate can expect to work an average of 4 days per week.
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,100 $1,300 daily guarantee (based on experience and negotiable)
- 35% of adjusted production, 37% adjusted production on IV sedation days
- Current associate earning: ~$330,000/year
- Expected income potential: $300,000 $400,000+
- Full patient base provided schedule builds quickly.
- Work across 3 offices within ~15 miles and easy commutes.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a compassionate Pediatric Dentist who loves providing excellent care in a supportive, energetic, kid-friendly environment.
What you'll do:
- Deliver full-scope pediatric dental care
- Work with a skilled clinical and administrative team
- Provide treatment utilizing IV sedation in office with our partner pediatric anesthesiologist group.
- Care for patients across two busy locations (third opening soon)
Experience Level:
- 1 2 years of experience preferred
- New grads welcomed, especially those seeking mentorship
- Early to mid-spring start ideal, but available to begin sooner.
