Patient Volume: 15-18 with Hygiene
Patient Type: Adults Only
Procedures: Crowns, Fillings, Simple Extractions, Hygiene Checks
Support Staff: 2 DAs, 2 RDAs
Type of Charting: Open Dental
Insurance: Delta Dental, Wellmark
Requirements: IA dental license, BLS, (CSR/DEA preferred but not needed)
Reason for Need: Vacation Coverage
