Locums Tenens General Dentist Needed in Dubuque, IA
Assignment Dates: ASAP start - 3 months with option to extend
Schedule/Shifts: Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 5pm
Patient Volume: 16-18 with hygiene exams
Patient Type: Adult
Procedures: Bread and butter dentistry, Crowns, Fillings, Simple Extractions, Hygiene Exams
Support Staff: 2 Hygienists, 2 DAs
Type of Charting: Dentrix
Requirements: IA dental license, BLS, (DEA preferred but not required)

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
Pay Rate: $1,000 to $1,120 daily
