A well-established private periodontal practice in Wichita is seeking an experienced Periodontist to join their dedicated team. This opening comes as a result of the relocation of one of their current doctors, offering an excellent opportunity to step into a practice known for exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.

- State-of-the-Art Facility: The practice spans over 11,000 sq. ft., featuring 18 operatories that facilitate optimal workflow and patient comfort.
- Comprehensive Services: Offers a full range of periodontal and implant services, including gum grafts, root planing, pocket reduction, bone grafts, periodontal tissue/root therapy, and more.
- Strong Team Structure: Comprising three full-time hygienists (seeing 7-8 patients/day) and two part-time hygienists (4-5 patients/day). Doctors typically work 4 days a week, managing 15-20 patients per day.
- High Patient Volume: The practice is consistently busy with treatment appointments booked 1.5 weeks out and hygiene appointments 2-4 weeks in advance. The practice is 100% fee-for-service and sees over 100 new patients per month.
- Cutting-Edge Technology: Equipped with advanced tools such as perioscopy, surgical microscopes, CBCT, TRIOS digital scanners, and X-NAV for precise treatment planning and execution.
- Compensation & Benefits: Offers a guaranteed base salary plus a percentage of adjusted production, a health insurance stipend, 401(k) match, and paid vacation hours.
