Facility Location: Northampton & East Long Meadow
Assignment Dates: April 6 thru August
Schedule/Shifts: 2-3 days per week 8a-5p Flexible on days
Patient Volume: 10-12/day
Procedures: Restorative, Endo, Extractions
Support Staff: Assistant, RDH, & Admin
EMR: EagleSoft Multi Site
Requirements: MA License, BLS,
Reason for Need: maternity leave
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 months
Travel and Lodging: Local Candidates Preferred
