Pediatric Dentist Grand Rapids/Lakeshore, MI

Full-time Multi-site family group + weekly GA surgery-center day

• Split model: clinic in peds-dedicated wings and one OR day/week (MD/CRNA)
• Predictable rotation (Grand Haven, Cascade; occasional Holland/N. Muskegon)
• Peds-trained assistants/hygienists; efficient peri-op workflows

Comp & Schedule

• Daily guarantee ~ $1,600/day to start
• 37% collections (offices) / 35% (surgery center)
• $25,000 sign-on; relocation case-by-case
• Recent earnings commonly $300k $400k+
• Mon Thu + every other Fri ( 4 4.5 days/week)

Requirements

• Pediatric dentist (BE/BC); Michigan specialty certificate (or eligibility)
• New grads welcome
