What You ll Do (and Grow Into)
We re looking for a new grad/resident who is comfortable with core general dentistry or eager to become comfortable quickly with coaching and support.
Core dentistry day one
- Exams, restorative, crowns/bridges, simple extractions, diagnosis, treatment planning
Growth track (supported)
- Molar endodontics
- Surgical extractions
- Implant dentistry (mentorship + CBCT support)
This role is ideal if you want to practice full-scope comprehensive general dentistry without being thrown to the wolves.
Compensation & Schedule
- 30% of collections
- Forecasted annual earnings: $230,400 $288,000+ (production-driven)
- No lab or supply fees
- W-2 employment with full operational/administrative support
- Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Optional: 1 Saturday/month 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
