Work alongside one of the group s top-producing partner doctors in a thriving, fast-growing office with strong patient demand and significant opportunities for clinical development.

Compensation & Deal Terms

• 30% of Collections
• $700/day draw with 90-day guarantee
• $10,000 commitment bonus (2-year commitment)
  • $5,000 paid at start
  • $5,000 paid at 2-year renewal
• 1099 Independent Contractor

Schedule & Expectations

• 16 clinical days/month
• 4 days/week
• 4 9-hour shifts
• Offices open Monday Saturday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (your schedule is built within these hours)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• DDS or DMD graduating soon or current GPR/AEGD resident
• Nevada license active or in-process
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excited to grow clinically and learn comprehensive dentistry
• Team-oriented and patient-centered
• Interested in mentorship and long-term professional growth

Prior advanced experience is not required we re far more interested in attitude, humility, coachability, and motivation.
