Hiring: Two (2) Growth Associate Dentists
We re a locally owned, doctor-led private dental group in Northern Nevada and we re continuing to grow. We currently have two exciting openings for growth-minded General Dentists in the Reno market, each working alongside highly respected, long-tenured partner doctors with excellent reputations and broad scopes of advanced clinical care.
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated clinician who wants mentorship, clinical autonomy, modern technology, and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry not just basic bread-and-butter dentistry forever.

South Reno
Join a highly respected, long-time partner doctor with an outstanding reputation in the community and a broad scope of advanced clinical procedures. This is a collaborative, mentorship-friendly environment with strong patient flow and an established team.
Sparks
Work alongside one of the group s most successful partner doctors in a thriving, high-demand location. This doctor practices a very broad scope of advanced dentistry and has built an excellent reputation for comprehensive patient care and production success.

Compensation & Deal Terms
- 30% of Collections
- $700/day draw with 90-day guarantee
- $10,000 commitment bonus (2-year commitment)
- $5,000 paid at start
- $5,000 paid at 2-year renewal
- 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule & Expectations
- 16 clinical days/month
- 4 days/week
- 4 9-hour shifts
- Offices open Monday Saturday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (doctor schedules built within these hours)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- DDS or DMD
- New graduates considered; experienced doctors strongly preferred
- Nevada license active or pending
- Comfortable with bread-and-butter restorative dentistry and motivated to expand into:
- implants
- endodontics
- surgery
- cosmetics
- comprehensive treatment planning
- Team-oriented and patient-centered
- Interested in long-term clinical and financial growth
- Former private practice owners are highly valued
