You ll lead surgical care across Grants + Gallup + Farmington, NM in a 4-day/month format that can be stacked into one travel week.
Daily flights: Las Vegas Albuquerque (simple hub routing)
Gallup Las Vegas via Advanced Air (Mon/Wed/Fri) (regional access option)
You can fly into Albuquerque, complete the travel week across all sites, and fly home clean and repeatable.
Grants 1 day/month
Gallup 2 days/month
Farmington 1 day/month
Surgical extractions (including thirds)
IV sedation certification required if doing impacted thirds with sedation
Implants (Gallup + Grants placing now; Farmington growth lane)
Expansion into grafting/regeneration supported
Dedicated surgical ops (2+)
CBCT access in Gallup + Farmington
Strong referral base
New specialty/surgery program = no internal competition
