A thriving private dental practice in Plainsboro, NJ, is seeking a Part-Time Associate General Dentist to join its team 1-2 days a week initially. This opportunity offers a path to partnership within 1-2 years and a potential buyout in 4-5 years, with direct mentorship from the owner.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ years of experience preferred though new graduates will be considered
• Proficient in general dentistry; molar endodontics preferred to retain cases in-house
• Seeking long-term growth with an interest in practice ownership

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
• Alternating Saturdays: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
• (Potential to expand schedule once fully independent in patient care)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive daily rate OR percentage of adjusted production
