Are you a confident, comprehensive General Dentist looking for a stable, busy schedule in a well-supported practice where you can do great dentistry and be as productive as you want to be? Our long-established, doctor-led private group practice in Grants, NM is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist (W-2, benefits eligible) to join a collaborative team with strong patient demand and efficient systems.
Experienced dentists are preferred, but we re absolutely open to a graduating dentist or current resident who is coachable, clinically thoughtful, and excited to grow in a high-support environment.
This practice has deep community roots and a strong reputation for comprehensive care. The office is built for smooth flow, full schedules, and high-quality outcomes.

We re looking for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive care and takes pride in doing quality work efficiently.
Ideal strengths include:
Comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
Simple to moderate extractions
Endo experience is a plus (or interest in expanding endo skills is welcomed)
