Dentist FQHC in Southwest New Mexico
We are a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center, seeking 1 2 General Dentists to join our established dental team in Southwest New Mexico This role offers a consistent patient flow, strong support staff, and the opportunity to make a real impact in an underserved area.
Position Highlights:
4-day workweek (10-hour shifts, 7am 5:30pm)
Mix of pediatric 25% and adult patients 75%
2 Dental Assistants per provider
Base salary starting at $175,000+, depending on experience
Productivity bonus: $25 per patient after 18/day
Up to $20,000 relocation reimbursement
$20,000 retention bonus after 90 days
Health, dental, life, malpractice insurance, 401(k) with 3% match after 1 year
CE: 80 hours + $4,000 allowance
PTO: Up to 153 hours/year + 11 holidays
