We re launching a specialty/surgical program across three established New Mexico practices and hiring either a Periodontist or a surgery-focused General Dentist to lead it. You ll have blocked surgical days, dedicated operatories, and a ready-made referral base without internal specialist competition.

Work it like this: one scheduled travel week per month (4 clinical days total).
Stable rhythm. High volume. Minimal admin friction.

Monthly Schedule (Stackable)

• Grants 1 day/month

• Gallup 2 days/month

• Farmington 1 day/month

Albuquerque-Based Logistics (Easy Drives)

• Grants Albuquerque: ~1 hr 15 min

• Gallup Albuquerque: ~2 hr 5 min

• Farmington Albuquerque: ~3 hr

Travel and overnights can be coordinated so your week runs smoothly.

Air Travel Access (for Out-of-Town Providers)

Albuquerque is an easy hub for monthly travel:

• Daily flights: Denver Albuquerque

• Daily flights: Phoenix Albuquerque

• Daily flights: Las Vegas Albuquerque

Regional access within New Mexico:

• Farmington Denver via United (Daily)

• Gallup Las Vegas via Advanced Air (Mon/Wed/Fri)

Clinical Focus (What You ll Do)

• Surgical extractions (including third molars)

  • If doing impacted thirds with sedation: IV sedation certification required

• Implant dentistry

  • Gallup + Grants are placing now

  • Farmington is a growth opportunity (currently refers out)

• Option to expand into grafting, membranes, sinus lifts, regenerative procedures

Built for Surgical Flow

• 2+ dedicated surgical operatories on specialty days

• CBCT in Gallup + Farmington (Grants refers to Gallup)

• Surgical/implant instrumentation provided

• Trained support staff (with more training as volume grows)

Compensation & Structure

• Competitive collections-based

• No lab/supply fees with in-formulary vendors

• Flexible setup: W-2, 1099, or contractor
