Compensation: 30 32% of adjusted production
Expected Earnings: $250,000 $350,000 annually
Daily Guarantee: $800 $1,000/day guaranteed during the first six months
Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance: $5,000/year for each year committed (max 2 years; full payback if year not completed)

This is a full-time opportunity with a well-balanced schedule and consistently high patient flow. The associate will work Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust hours and days as desired.

Full-mouth rehabilitation
You ll be supported by modern technology and tools, including:
Cone beam (CBCT) imaging
Digital X-rays and records
Intraoral scanners
CAD/CAM systems
Digital impression and 3D printing
