Dentist / Growing Practice

My client has a very successful dental practice that is very established. The office is fully staffed. The practice does bread and butter dentistry. You can also do molar endo and implants if you would like.

Practice Schedule:

4 or 5 day work week.

Practice Details:

• 8 Ops and adding two more.
• All PPO insurance.
• 3 hygienists and each doctor have an EFDA and DA.

Financials:

• 35% of collections. Pier diem for the 1st 6 months based on experience.
• Medical insurance 3 different plans and practice covers 60% of premium.
• A lot of CE is offered by the practice and you are also given $1500 a year.
• They help create a path to partnership based on your long-term goals.
