Schedule/Shifts: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Procedures: Implants, Dentures, Extractions, Consultations
Support Staff: 1 treatment coordinator, 3 dental assistants
Type of Charting: Open Dental
Insurance: Connection Dental Umbrella
Requirements: Ohio dental license, BLS, (CSR/DEA preferred but not needed)
