We re currently looking for a purpose-driven, growth-minded Pediatric Dentist to join our team. If you're passionate about prevention, excited to work in a collaborative environment, and motivated by more than just numbers, you may be the perfect fit.
$1,500/day base or 25% of total adjusted production (whichever is greater)
Based on total office production, including hygiene not just restorative
Our model is comparable to 38% of adjusted production in a traditional structure
Estimated Salary Range: $300,000 $500,000+
Higher income potential based on schedule and performance

Procedures:
Preventive care (cleanings, sealants), bread-and-butter pediatric dentistry (fillings, crowns, extractions), space maintenance, ortho extractions, limited endo, frenectomies

Typically Monday Thursday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Some Fridays depending on location
Schedule flexibility available
Primary Locations: Harrison & Westside
Occasional travel to other practices in the Greater Cincinnati area
