Compensation Structure: Tiered % of Collections
Expected Earnings: $250,000 $350,000+ annually
Sign-On & Relocation Bonus: Starting at $10,000 (based on experience)
Additional benefits may include:
$2,000 annual CE reimbursement
Company-paid portion of employee health insurance & $15K life insurance
401(k) with 3% employer match
Student Loan Repayment Bonus: 5% for collections over $330K/quarter

This is a full-time associate opportunity with a Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (closing at 3:00 PM on Fridays), offering a well-balanced schedule and strong earning potential.
The practice maintains a consistent and growing patient flow, supported by an experienced and efficient team, allowing dentists to focus on clinical care and productivity.
Scope of Practice Includes: (mentorship available for skill growth)
All procedures including molar endodontics
Implant dentistry
Clear aligners
General restorative and preventive care
Technology & Tools:
CBCT imaging
Intraoral scanner and cameras
Digital X-rays
Mentorship & Growth:
Tailored guidance depending on the associate s needs
Hands-on support in leadership, treatment planning, and advanced procedures
Partnership path available for long-term growth
The ideal candidate is:
A licensed General Dentist, open to both new graduates and experienced dentists (2+ years preferred)
Hungry, humble, and highly engaged at work
Personable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care
Willing to commute from the Oklahoma City metro area if desired
Interested in long-term growth and potential partnership
