Compensation Structure: Tiered % of Collections
Expected Earnings: $280,000 $450,000+ annually
Sign-On & Relocation Bonus: Starting at $10,000 (based on experience)

Quarterly Student Loan Repayment: 5% for collections over $330K/quarter

This is a full-time associate opportunity with a flexible schedule to fit your needs. Typical hours are Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with Fridays occasionally, or a preferred Tuesday Friday schedule for a 4-day week.
The practice maintains a consistent and growing patient flow, supported by an efficient and experienced team, allowing the dentist to focus on care and productivity.
Scope of Practice Includes: (mentorship available for growth into full scope)
All endodontics including molars
Extractions and general restorative ( bread-and-butter ) dentistry
Implant dentistry (BioHorizon)
Preventive care and diagnostics
Cosmetic and emergency procedures
Technology & Tools:
Digital X-rays, CBCT
Intraoral scanner and cameras
Soft tissue laser
Open Dental practice management software
Mentorship & Growth:
Customized to individual needs, including hands-on training in leadership, treatment planning, and advanced procedures
Path to partnership available for long-term growth
The ideal candidate is:
A licensed General Dentist, open to both new graduates and experienced dentists
2+ years of experience preferred
Hungry, humble, and highly engaged at work
