Pediatric Dentist Summer Locum: 2 locations in Portland (every Other Thu/Fri)

Looking to fill your summer schedule with a high-energy, well-supported pediatric assignment? A local organization is seeking a Pediatric-focused Dentist for a recurring "every other week" opportunity from June through August.

This is a high-volume, efficient clinical environment where you will be supported by a large team of assistants (4-5 per location) and a dedicated sterile tech. This structure allows you to focus strictly on patient care and clinical outcomes.

The Schedule (Every Other Week):

• Thursdays (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM): South Location
• Fridays (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM): North Location
• Dates:
  • June 11-12 & 25-26
  • July 9-10 & 23-24
  • August 6-7 & 20-21

Clinical Scope & Support:

• Volume: 30-50 patients per day
• Procedures: Stainless Steel Crowns (SSCs), pulpotomies, space maintainers, simple extractions, and cleanings.
• Support Team: 4-5 Dental Assistants per site + a dedicated Sterile Tech to keep the flow moving.
• Technology: Open Dental and Dexis

Requirements:

• Active Oregon Dental License, DEA, BLS
• Comfort managing a high-volume pediatric schedule.
• Fast-track credentialing (1-2 weeks).

Compensation: Competitive daily rate plus malpractice insurance and weekly pay
