Compensation & Benefits
- Earning Potential: $180,000 $250,000+ annually (4-day workweek; high performers can exceed this range)
- Compensation: 30% of production
- Daily Guarantee: $800 $900 provisional daily guarantee

The Opportunity
Join an established, patient-centered private practice where mentorship, autonomy, and long-term growth come together. You ll practice the full scope of general dentistry with modern tools and a supportive clinical team.
Schedule
- Monday: 7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
- Tuesday Thursday: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Procedures
Perform a variety of cases, including:
- Complex restorative
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Surgical extractions
- Prosthodontic reconstructions
- Implant placement
- Invisalign treatments
Mentorship & Professional Development
- Weekly mentor meetings with Dr. Kim to review cases, treatment planning, and clinical philosophy
- Monthly coaching through All Star Dental Academy, focusing on patient experience, communication, leadership, and personal growth
- Direct support tailored to your experience level
