This is a newly created Endodontist position driven by strong demand and practice growth. You ll play a key role in keeping specialty referrals in-house while collaborating with multiple teams in a supportive, professional environment focused on quality care and efficiency.
Compensation Structure:
40% of collections (preferred negotiable)
Expected Earnings:
$175,000 $250,000+ annually
Daily Guarantee:

This role is open to full-time or part-time and offers significant flexibility, with scheduling built collaboratively around your preferences and availability.
You ll float between practices throughout the month, managing endodontic referrals and helping practices maintain specialty care in-house.
