What You ll Do
You ll start with a strong foundation and expand quickly:
- Bread-and-butter restorative + crown/bridge
- Extractions and surgical procedures (with support available)
- Endodontics (rotary) as you re ready
- Implant placement opportunities (mentorship/adjacency supported)
Ramp plan is intentional we ll build speed, confidence, and production without compromising quality.
Schedule
- Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
- Saturday/Sunday: Closed
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 Signing Bonus
- 30% of Net Collections with a 99% RCM/Collections Rate
- Example earnings: $90,000/month collected = ~$27,800/month (~$333,600/year)
- $700/day guarantee for the first 90 days
- No lab or supply fees / adjustments
- CE Stipend: $1,200 annually
- Malpractice provided
