A start date before year-end is preferred, but January is a must, as patient demand remains high and continuity of care is a top priority.

Compensation:
32% of Collections
32% Lab Fee Responsibility (Approx. 30% of Production)
Signing Bonus Available enhanced for a 2-year commitment
Ideal Candidate Profile
We re seeking a confident and community-minded clinician who is:
Experienced (minimum 2+ years) in general dentistry
Comfortable practicing independently in a busy, established office
Skilled in comprehensive dentistry and committed to patient relationships
Licensed (or eligible) to practice dentistry in Texas
Technology & Clinical Environment
Digital X-rays & Digital Pano
Intraoral Scanner
Rotary Endo & Implant Surgery System
CBCT available off-site (with potential for in-house addition)
Experienced, long-tenured clinical and administrative team
