Practice Highlights:
Established Multi-Doctor Office Join a team of three other general dentists, including an on-site owner who works full-time and a partner doctor providing both general and orthodontic care.
Invisalign Offered by General Dentists Support available for doctors with an interest in aligner therapy.
On-Site Specialty Care Pediatric dentistry and oral surgery performed in-house 1 2 times per month, allowing patients to receive comprehensive care in one location.
Hygiene-Driven Model:
740+ hygiene recare patients/month
180+ new patients/month
Assisted hygiene model with 4 5 patients per hygienist per day
Two treatment rooms per doctor and two dedicated dental assistants per provider for efficiency and clinical focus.
Typical Schedule:
3 4 days/week with the following hours:
Monday Thursday: 8 AM 5 PM
Friday: 8 AM 4 PM
1 2 Saturdays/month: 8 AM 3 PM

Compensation & Income Potential:
Collections-Based Compensation with a 99% RCM rate:
30% of collections up to $60K/month
32% of collections between $60K $80K/month
34% of collections above $80K/month
$700 Daily Guarantee during the first 90 days
No lab or supply deductions
Estimated Annual Earnings of $330,000+ based on average monthly collections of $90,000
