General Dentist Lubbock, TX | Associate Welcome. Equity Available. $80,000 Commitment Bonus for a 5-Year Commitment.

$30,000 paid over the first 2 years + $50,000 paid over years 3 5, if you commit to five years.

This is a well-established, doctor-led PPO/FFS practice in Lubbock with 17 operatories, 1.5 GPs, and 2 hygienists. We will hire a strong full-time associate. We will also sell equity and transition ownership to the right dentist.

The founder built this practice and is looking for a successor someone who can lead clinically, take care of the team and the patients, and eventually own what he built. If you want to practice here as an associate, apply. If you want to become the owner, say so in your application.

Two ways in

• Associate: Step into a busy PPO/FFS schedule with mentorship, modern equipment, and a full support team.
• Owner / successor: Equity is available. The founder wants a leader who will carry the practice forward not a short-term associate who leaves in 18 months.

You do not have to choose on day one. Many doctors start as associate and move into ownership once both sides know it is a fit.

The $80,000 commitment bonus

• Total: $80,000 for a five-year commitment
• $30,000 paid over years 1 2
• $50,000 paid over years 3 5
• Paid per the employment / contractor / partnership agreement (not a same-day lump-sum signing check)

• Currently 1.5 general dentists and 2 hygienists room to build a full book and, if you want it, to grow into leadership

Compensation

• 30% of net collections
• 99% RCM / collections rate
• Example: $90,000/month collections $27,800/month or about $333,600/year (before the commitment bonus)
• $700 daily guarantee for the first 90 days
• No lab fees, supply fees, or production adjustments taken out of your split
• Annual CE stipend: $1,200
• Malpractice provided
• Equity available for the doctor who wants to own
