Endodontist / Private Practice / 45% Collections

My client is seeking to hire an Endodontist on a permanent, full-time basis in a busy private practice located in a great area.

Compensation:

• 45% collections.

Benefits:

• Covers 50% Medical Insurance
• 4 Weeks PTO

Support/Facilities:

• 6 operatories
• 2 front office, 3 assistants, adding another assistant for a floater. The average tenure for current staff is 6-7 years.
• 100% fee-for-service, but they are going to start accepting some PPOs.

Schedule: Monday Thursday 8-4:30 and half day Friday.
