Locums Tenens General Dentist Needed in Puyallup, WA
Assignment Dates: May 18th start - 3 months w/ option to extend
Schedule/Shifts: 3 days a week
Patient Volume: 18-20 patients
Patient Type: 90% adult
Procedures: Exams, Diagnostics, Fillings, Crowns, Simple extractions if comfortable, Implant if comfortable
Support Staff: 3 DA, 1 Hygienist, 2 Denturists, 1 OMF
Type of Charting: Eaglesoft
Requirements: WA dental license, BLS, DEA preferred
Reason for Need: Maternity Leave
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 days
Pay Rate: $1,000 to $1,150 daily
Travel and Lodging Provided? Will pay for travel and lodging - prefer Mileage Only
