Locums Tenens General Dentist Needed in West Bend, WI
Assignment Dates: April 7th through July 2nd
Schedule/Shifts: Tuesday through Thursday
Patient Volume: 12-15 with hygiene exams
Patient Type: 95% Adults 5% Adolescent and Peds
Procedures: Crowns, Fillings, Simple Extractions, Hygiene Exams
Support Staff: 2 Hygienists, 2 DAs
Type of Charting: Eaglesoft
Requirements: WI dental license, BLS, (DEA preferred but not required)
Reason for Need: Maternity Leave Coverage
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
Pay Rate: $1,000 to $1,100 daily
Travel and Lodging Provided? Mileage Only
