Locums Tenens General Dentist Needed in West Allis, WI
Assignment Dates: March 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th, and 24th
Schedule/Shifts: 7 hour shifts
Patient Volume: 10-15 with hygiene exams
Patient Type: Adult
Procedures: Bread and Butter Dentistry, Emergencies, Hygiene Exams
Support Staff: 2 Hygienists, 1 DAs
Requirements: WI dental license, BLS, (DEA preferred but not required)
Reason for Need: PTO Coverage
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
Pay Rate: $900 to $1,000 daily
Travel and Lodging Provided? Mileage Only
