Total Earning Potential: $225,000 $500,000+ (Base Salary: $125,000 $175,000 + % of Net Production)

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $125,000 $175,000 (Paid twice a Month)
• Total Earning Potential: $225,000 $500,000+
• Guaranteed Daily Minimums + Monthly Production Bonuses
• Bonus Pay Based on % of Net Production

Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active Wisconsin dental license (or ability to obtain one)
