Ideal Candidate
Competent and confident in restorative & implant dentistry
Advanced training (AAID fellowship, MaxiCourse, Midwest Implant Institute, or similar) preferred
Independent, yet collaborative when needed
Motivated for long-term success & ownership
Personable, hardworking, and growth-oriented
Compensation: $600/day minimum or 34% of collections (lab fees included), with growth potential
