We have a very busy practice in Greenwood, South Carolina just 10 minutes from Lake Greenwood. We are located in between Greenville, South Carolina and Columbia, South Carolina. We are on the main busy highway that cuts through town. We had a standalone dental office that appraises for $325,000 and it is for sale. Our practice is COLLECTING $1.8 million. We are a predominantly insurance practice. We are in network with several insurance companies except for Delta. We are partners with an Insurance Negotiation company called the Dental advisory group and they have negotiated the highest reimbursements. We have a very well trained staff that are expanded duty. We have two hygienist and they are booked solid. Clinically, we are booked out 4 to 6 weeks most of the time. We accept roughly 8% of Medicaid. But we are not accepting any new patients and haven't been doing that for the past year. We have five operatories. We are completely paperless in digital. We use Eaglesoft software. We are open four days per week. We are willing to work small transition as our desire is to relocate for retirement. We are a basic general dentist office. We do a lot of removable but outside of that we do not place any implants or do any clear Ortho or any other specialty. We're as busy as we want to be.
