We have a well established multigenerational practice in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Well, over 30 years of experience in this market. We would like to divest of this practice as we are getting close to retirement. We have two hygiene operatories, and three clinical operatories for a total of five. We are booked out in our hygiene department. We have averaged roughly $900,000 in collections per year over the last four years. We are in network with insurance companies and we take roughly 12 to 15% Medicaid. We also do roughly 12 to 15% ortho as an added service to our patients. We have one hygienist, two assistance, a part-time Ortho assistant as well as two front desk. Eaglesoft is our practice management software. We would like to sell the real estate.
