We have a family driven general practice that has been established for over 40 years. We are near Lake Murray, South Carolina, which is not too far from Columbia, South Carolina. We have eight operatories and we collect 1.8 million. We have a fantastic team. We value our culture, our clinical excellence, not taking any shortcuts and no drama in the office. We love our patients and have been serving four generations of patients within this office. We have a very large facility built for multiple dentist. It is a current leased facility and the lease is roughly $7000 per month. We are in a very visible location with ample parking. We are primarily a fee for service practice, but we do take Delta plus one more small insurance. We are completely paperless, we use Dentrix software and we have CBCT and other technology. Our selling Dentist would like to find a younger Dentist to come in and take over the ownership and they would like to stick around and work as the Associate for a few more years. This practice had an associate, but they had to relocate due to some family issues out of state. We have a third-party evaluation completed on this practice by Blue & Company out of Indiana.
